Nuki Opener:Open door not recognised - Discussion - Nuki Developers

Hello @all, I hope somebody can help me. I am currently not able to use my Nuki Opener, because the “open door” at Step 1 of the configuration is not recognised. The door is opened, but it is not forwared to the app. Is there any solution for it? My setup is shown at the picture! It is a bticino door opener Tank you very much
