Then apply the paint and allow it to dry entirely before observing for any interactions with the clay. It's also helpful to test a concealed section of your project before glazing a painted piece. As above, apply the glaze and let it dry completely before noticing any interactions. You can use any paint on your Sculpey Soufflé™ creation if you seal the piece with two or three thin layers of Sculpey® Gloss Glaze. Apply several thin coats rather than one thick coat for the best coverage. Will sealing my clay piece with Sculpey® glaze make it waterproof? No, using Sculpey glazes will not make your creations waterproof.
