The La Sportiva Nepal Extreme is a warm mountaineering boot, with outstanding longevity and comfort. For years the Nepal Extreme has been a near ubiquitous sight on the feet of both Scottish winter climbers and Alpinists around the world. This updated version still has all the great characteristics of its predecessor with updated aesthetics and a slightly different tongue. As a rough guide the La Sportiva Nepal Extreme is best suited to Summer Alpine, Scottish Winter, and other equivalent temperature uses. Although it is a fair bit heavier than the likes of the La Sportiva Trango Extreme Evo and Scarpa Jorasses, we would expect to get a few seasons more use out of it compared to those more lightly constructed mountain boots.
