Item Description
Featuring an HDMI male connector on one end and a DVI male connector on the other, this bidirectional cable is perfect for connecting HDMI and DVI devices. Because the HDMI and DVI video signals are structurally the same, this cable is able to convert from one standard to the other without the need for active electronics or other complex video conversions. It delivers up to 4.95Gbps video bandwidth, allowing it to support video resolutions up to 1920x1200 with a 60Hz refresh rate. The gold-plated connectors give it excellent resistance to oxidation and corrosion, as well as excellent electrical conductivity. Note that because the DVI standard does not support audio, this cable does not carry audio.
